Our starters are designed using only seasonal vegetables from reasoned, organic anc local agrictulture as far as possible. Some of the Herbs we use in our starters Come from the urban garden on the roof ot the restaurant.

Our dishes have been imaginated so you can find a similar selection all year round with a twist of vegetables according to the season, always using as many organic vegetables as possible.

Desserts

Christophe Michalak revisited its biggest classics for polichinelle to use only seasonal products. his desserts are made without wheat flour and preservative, using only natural colorants and organic eggs.

The cocktail menu was initially developed by Jennifer Le Nechet, mixology world champion, to offer exclusive seasonal creations, always available with or without French Alcohol.
